WARRANTY
Lifetime limited warranties, the good, the bad and the not covered under warranty. Many companies offer a warranty program as an incentive to purchase their products. Others offer warranties as a way of demonstrating their products quality and workmanship. EZ-CLONE Enterprises Inc. offers a limited lifetime warranty on all our water pumps and a three year limited lifetime warranty on all our plastics against any manufacture defect. If you receive a new in box product from us or one of our authorized retailers, then we will replace said part with no expense to you. Who else offers such customer service in this industry? Being able to offer such an outstanding warranty to the indoor gardening community not only speaks volumes for our products quality, but also demonstrates that we are human too and if we have made an error, we will do what we can to make things right. Accidents happen, but the manner in which we rectify such wrong doings separates us from the competition. While we do love taking care of our excellent customers, there are still a few things that our warranty still will not cover. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. This limited warranty is valid only if the product is used with the equipment specified on the product box.

Orders that contain more than 1 item are given processing time according to each item.

Returns
Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. Therefore, the actual inventory could change at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your order after it's been placed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since the date you bought the item and we're unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
The item cannot be in use and must be in the original packaging. The item must be in its original packaging.
